Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this resort was quite mixed. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the wildlife was a nice touch. However, the beach had a lot of seaweed and many dining options fell short, with food that was often cold and unappetizing. While the staff at the shuttle service were fantastic, the overall service at the restaurants left much to be desired, making it less ideal for relaxation.
This resort is a stunning getaway with excellent dining options, especially the a la carte restaurants. The staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating, making for a relaxing stay. However, the beach could use some improvement due to rocks and seaweed, although the pools provide an excellent alternative. Overall, it's a great value for a luxurious experience.
Our stay was quite enjoyable overall with some highlights and some areas for improvement. The beach had its issues with seaweed, but there was a clear spot we found. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the dining options impressed us, especially the steakhouse and the Mexican restaurant. Although some aspects of the service left a bit to be desired at times, we had a relaxing vacation and appreciated the entertainment provided during the evenings.
We had a fantastic week at the resort with friendly staff and great access to amenities. While the food at the buffet could be hit or miss, the themed restaurants were exceptional, particularly the Thai restaurant. The rooms were adequate but in need of an update. Overall, it was a memorable first trip to Mexico with a few areas for improvement.
We had a wonderful time at the resort, especially enjoying the beautiful beach and large pools. The rooms were nice and private, which we loved, but the dining experiences could use improvement due to long wait times and mixed food quality. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and family-friendly, but some service aspects and the transport organization were a bit frustrating.
